Cobra Comfort provides residential and commercial HVAC services across the Greater Toronto Area, including but not limited to:

- Smart home HVAC solutions
- Emergency heating and cooling services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Quotes and Estimates
- All quotes and estimates provided by Cobra Comfort are based on information supplied by the client at the time of inquiry
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
- Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial assessment
- A detailed written estimate will be provided before any work begins
- Emergency service calls may be subject to additional fees outside of regular business hours
3. Appointments and Scheduling
- Service appointments are subject to availability
- We ask that clients provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Cobra Comfort reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or emergencies
- A cancellation fee may apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept cash, credit card, and electronic transfers
- For larger commercial projects, a deposit may be required before work begins
- Overdue invoices may be subject to a late payment fee
- Cobra Comfort reserves the right to withhold service for accounts with outstanding balances
5. Warranties and Guarantees
- All workmanship provided by Cobra Comfort is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service
- Equipment and parts warranties are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer
- Warranties are void if the system is modified, misused, or serviced by an unauthorized third party after our work is completed
- Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period
6. Limitation of Liability
- Cobra Comfort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
- Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues unrelated to the work performed by our technicians
- Cobra Comfort is not liable for damages caused by extreme weather conditions, power surges, or other events beyond our control
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the safe and effective delivery of our services, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about their property and HVAC systems
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area for our technicians
- Inform us of any known hazards or special conditions at the property
- Ensure that an adult aged 18 or over is present during all service visits
- Follow any maintenance recommendations provided by our technicians
8. Emergency Services
- Cobra Comfort offers 24/7 emergency HVAC services across the GTA
- Emergency service calls are subject to additional fees outside of regular business hours
- Response times for emergency calls may vary depending on technician availability and location
- Emergency services are provided on a best-effort basis and cannot be guaranteed within a specific timeframe
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Cobra Comfort website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Cobra Comfort and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
10. Privacy
